The DigiMemo series (digital notepad with memory) is an excellent solution for paper form applications which need a paper copy of the form and digitally filed data.

By processing the digital handwriting ink captured by the DigiMemo, and by performing ticks and handwriting recognition in the form software, the automation within the application removes the need to re-type handwritten data on paper forms.

ArioForm for Vista

ArioForm form software makes pen & paper based data collection with an ACECAD DigiMemo as easy as 1-2-3 !

• DesignIt is used to design and print your paper forms in a few clicks, using boxed & cursive text fields, radio & check box fields, gauges, ink & signature capture fields. It is possible to make forms visually more appealing by adding images, text labels and rectangles.
• ProcessIt analyses the digital handwriting ink (DHW) files captured by the DigiMemo when filling in the paper forms, and converts the handwritten ink into data and digital text. A batch mode enables many pages to be processed and validated at once. It can export the data as CSV (Microsoft Excel), MDB (Microsoft Access) and XML files (for integration with an enterprise applications).
• The software user interface is available in English, Spanish, French and German.
• You can create a personal recognition profile so that the software can recognize your individual handwriting with even greater accuracy.
• The handwriting recognition engine converts natural handwriting written in English (US), English (UK), German, French, Italian, Dutch, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese.

ArioForm Lite Version

For this Lite version of ArioForm, boxed text field, cursive text field and handwriting recognition are not enabled. It still allows the recognition of radio & check box. It can satisfy the simple form application which does not need handwriting recognition.

ArioForm Lite is bundled in the ACECAD DigiMemo package.
